WORK

I have always been drawn to metals. I am fascinated by the malleability and endless possibilities. When working with metal, I aim to create pieces of jewelry that are not only appealing to the eye and comfortable, but also reflect the essence and personality of the wearer.

ABOUT

I moved to New York in 1977 after completing my degree in Metalsmithing and Jewelry Design at Indiana University and a technical jewelry program at L’ecole des Arts Decoratifs in Strassbourg,France. I entered the jewelry industry as a bench jewelry and within 5 years, launched my own jewelry manufacturing and design business. At that time, I was one of the first women jewelers in the trade without a pre-exisiting family business connection. I can still be found handcrafting my work from design inception through the production process at my studio on 48th Street.
